The applicable free-shipping conditions are displayed on the Website or during checkout. Where the checkout does not offer free shipping, the delivery cost shown in the checkout applies.
5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once the Order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided when placing the Order.
The message may contain:

Tracking availability and the frequency of status updates depend on the selected carrier.
7. Cash on Delivery

The total weight of Products included in one Order must not exceed 20 kg.
If an Order exceeds the permitted weight or dimensions, the Customer may be required to divide the purchase into separate Orders.
9. Courier Delivery

The Customer is responsible for:

The number of delivery attempts and the possibility of redirecting or rescheduling delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
10. Pickup Points and Parcel Lockers
Orders delivered to a pickup point or parcel locker must be collected within the period specified by the carrier.
The Customer will normally receive an email, text message or application notification containing collection instructions.
The possibility of extending the collection period, changing the pickup point or redirecting the shipment is subject to the carrier’s terms and may involve an additional fee.
If the shipment is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned to the Seller.

- request that a damage report be prepared;
- take photographs of the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging and affected Products;
- retain the packaging until the matter has been resolved;
- contact Christian Laurent Customer Service as soon as possible.
A damage report and photographs may help the Seller investigate the circumstances of the delivery.
Failure to prepare a damage report does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

A shipment may be returned to the Seller if:
- the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
- the Customer cannot be contacted;
- the recipient refuses to accept the shipment;
